A lot of suppliers default to tanks. We don’t. If a portable oxygen concentrator fits your prescription, we’ll bill it to Medicare or your commercial insurance and get it in your hands. We still provide tanks when they’re medically necessary.
We carry Inogen, the name people trust most in portable oxygen. And you’ll never get stuck in a call center. Our Marble Falls team is a phone call or a short drive away, with 24/7 on-call support whenever you need it. It’s how we’ve earned more than 400 Google reviews.

One call. Two minutes. We’ll check your Medicare or commercial insurance and tell you exactly where you stand.
| Oxygen Tanks | Portable Oxygen Concentrator | |
|---|---|---|
| Refills | Deliveries to schedule and empties to haul back | ✓ Makes oxygen from room air, which means no refills, no deliveries, and no counting tanks. |
| Weight | Heavy cylinders, carts, and spare tanks | ✓ Under 5 pounds in a shoulder bag, which means no more lugging bulky tanks everywhere you go. |
| Independence | Asking for help lifting and loading tanks | ✓ Light enough to carry yourself, which means you go where you want without feeling like a burden. |
| Time Out | Every outing timed around the tank | ✓ Recharges at home or in the car, which means your day runs on your schedule, not the tank's. |
| Travel | Bulky for road trips and generally not allowed on commercial flights | ✓ FAA-approved, which means you can fly to see family. |

I have been a customer of Wise Owl since they opened in Marble Falls, having tried them out because of, let's just say some issues and attitudes at another local supplier. We were meant at the door by Ian and spoken to by everyone there! They found the right bi-pap device and even gave me classes, communicated with my Dr, helped me load everything and sent a technician to my home when i had mechanical problems with the device. Also I have to say we have been back many times and they have been pleasant and their equipment and supplies are not sky high.+0Posted on Google![]()

We dealt with Alicia in the beginning she got us all set up with Chris who helped with our machine and face mask fitting. These two ladies are amazing and kind. We are so glad we found you guys Thank you!
Over 1,000 Texans have made the switch to Wise Owl. What they consistently tell us: somebody actually answered the phone,
the right supplies showed up, and they finally started sleeping well.
That’s not luck. That’s Owl Watch.
I originally chose a different DME supplier here in Marble Falls TX, but Wise Owl was so professional and attentive when I opted to change my supplier to them. Specifically, Rachel Hall took the time to give me an in-depth orientation of the equipment I had been using (without much guidance from the other company). I highly recommend Wise Owl Medical Supplies for any and all your durable medical equipment needs.
Excellent reviews. Texas-based, Texas-licensed, and built to serve patients anywhere in the state — in person or virtually.
You get the most trusted name in portable oxygen, and we handle any warranty repairs for you.
Every 6–8 months, we come to your home, replace filters, and test the oxygen your equipment delivers, so you know it’s working right. We’ll drop off fresh supplies while we’re there.
If your Medicare or commercial insurance can’t cover a portable oxygen concentrator yet, or at all, you can rent one for just $2.29 a day. Your freedom doesn’t have to wait.
Add a spare battery, wall charger, and car charger for a low monthly fee, so you can stay out longer.
Stay on tanks, and your world keeps getting smaller. Shorter visits. Fewer trips. More “maybe next time.”
Make the switch, and you get it back: the grandkids’ ball games, lunch with friends, the trip you keep
putting off. You head out the door when you want, for as long as you want.
That’s the freedom you deserve, and it’s why we do what we do.
Yes — and we handle most of it for you. We contact your doctor for updated orders, coordinate with your current supplier, and confirm your exact equipment before anything ships. Most patients are fully switched within a few days with zero gap in their supplies.
Absolutely. Your benefits follow you, not your supplier. We verify your coverage upfront and handle all billing directly — so there’s no disruption and no surprise bills.
Not a problem. We serve patients across Texas — in person at our Marble Falls location or virtually, anywhere in the state. Geography is never a barrier.
Every Wise Owl patient is enrolled in Owl Watch — our 90-day therapy monitoring program. We reach out to you by phone, text, or email every 90 days. You don’t chase us. And if something comes up between cycles, a real person answers every call.
That’s exactly what we’re here for. You have unlimited access to in-person or virtual appointments for as long as you’re a Wise Owl patient — mask fittings, machine education, therapy questions, whatever you need.
Trading bulky tanks for a portable oxygen concentrator starts with one quick conversation.
We’ll check your Medicare or commercial insurance, work with your doctor, and handle the rest.
