"I had several phone conversations with Ian he was as polite and helpful. I am dealing with a Medicare issue and has been so understanding. Today I visited the store and was greeted by Ian, I told him we had spoken on the phone a few times. He invited me over to sit at his desk while he reviewed notes from our phone calls. I purchased a new nose pillow mask & headgear as well as the main supply hose. The store is very clean they offer medical supplies b-pap & c-pap also. Wide variety of medical equipment as well as rental equipment. Marble Falls is very lucky to have Wise Owl as a business. I will definitely refer people to them."

"I had an absolutely great experience with Wise Owl! They were very informative and caring; which is MUCH needed when you are taking care of an elderly parent. The oxygen company that the hospital in Round Round referred us to was the worse. I will not name (RoTech). It took me 5 days to get hold of someone and then when they finally got us new tanks; there were no instructions. My father had about 15 minutes left of oxygen. Wise Owl helped me and we got what we needed and FAST! If we keep needing oxygen; we are going there and paying out of pocket. Period! Thanks again to you all for helping me on the phone and then in person as well. I will definitely recommend you to everyone. Also; prices were very reasonable. They did not take advantage of bad and scary situations."

"Our doctor recommended Wise Owl Medical for my husband’s CPAP machine. Michelle was instrumental in helping us move forward in this process, since we were unsure if this is what he needed. She was very knowledgeable and has the perfect personality for helping the customer. Alicia also helped us in the process and was great to work with.
