I have been a customer of Wise Owl since they opened in Marble Falls, having tried them out because of, let's just say some issues and attitudes at another local supplier. We were meant at the door by Ian and spoken to by everyone there! They found the right bi-pap device and even gave me classes, communicated with my Dr, helped me load everything and sent a technician to my home when i had mechanical problems with the device. Also I have to say we have been back many times and they have been pleasant and their equipment and supplies are not sky high.

The front desk receptionist, Alicia, was friendly and courteous.  My advisor, Suzy Strickland, was fantastic. She was friendly, clearly expert in her field, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know about my CPAP machine.Although I have used a CPAP faithfully for years, there were always aspects I didn't fully understand. I constantly struggled to get a good mask seal regardless of the style I tried, and no one had ever explained the proper way to clean each component. Tomorrow, I am returning to have them deep clean and sanitize the machine inside and out, inspect the equipment, and test the blower.I recently decided to switch from an online provider to support a local business and find better one-on-one support. I am so glad I did. Suzy walked me through everything with the patience and detail you would give a beginner. Thanks to Suzy and the Wise Owl team, I feel like I am getting a fresh start.
